In this period of strong development for the company, Resonance Advisory is looking for a talented Project Finance Analyst.

The Role

The Analyst will be involved in upcoming advisory mandates, in cooperation with Project Managers and the Partners. The Analyst will be involved in all aspects of advisory mandates across the entire transaction cycle.

 

Responsibilities will include in particular:

• Design and management of complex cash flow projection models for infrastructure and renewable energy projects;

• Development of VBA macros for debt sizing and sculpting, and more generally optimizing models under multiple constraints;

• Running scenarios and sensitivities;

• Assistance to the advisory team in all aspects of the transaction from bidding phase to financial close;

• Preparation of commercial proposals.

 

The Analyst will closely work with the Project Managers and will be under the direct responsibility of the Partners.

 

Overtime the Analyst will participate in all aspects of the transactions and have the opportunity to rapidly acquire experience and autonomy.

The Candidate

With a top academic background in engineering or finance, you have a minimum of 1 year of relevant project finance experience. You can demonstrate:

• Interest for complex cash-flow modeling and strong appetence for Excel spreadsheets;

• Strong quantitative and analytical skills: you are a detail-oriented and rigorous person;

• A first experience in project finance is a plus.

 

You are able to work in a small and dynamic team which involves:

• Taking initiatives, and working with an entrepreneurial spirit;

• Multitasking under a time-pressured environment;

• Having a good ability to manage a project from start to finish.

 

Excellent communication skills are essential as the job involves building and maintaining relationships with clients. You speak French and English fluently; fluency in Dutch will be valued.
