Project description
The project consists in the construction and operation of a porfolio of 3 solar projects in France :
- Le Bernardan: 13MW
- Pagninières-de-Vignes: 28MW
- Bessines: 22MW
The 3 projects in the ZEPHYR 10 portfolio have been awarded to NEOEN as part of the CRE tenders.
The portfolio reached financial close in June 2023.
Our role
Resonance Advisory advised Neoen for the financing of these projects. This is iteration #10 under the Zephyr program.
The mission includes:
- Update of the financial model with specificities of the new projects.
- Structuring and optimization of the financing, notably to maximize Equity IRR.
