Neoen develops, finances, builds and operates solar and wind power plants.
Zephyr VIII is a batch of greenfield and brownfield projects in France, which includes:
2 solar plants for a total of 12MW
1 wind plants for a total of 7MW
The portfolio reached financial close in June 2022 (EUR 22m)
Our role
Resonance Advisory advises Neoen since 2019 in the financing of their French projects.
The mission includes:
– Adaptation of our financial model to the specificities of each project
– Structuring and optimization of the financing, notably to maximize Equity IRR
– Assistance in negotiating with lenders
