Lille Airport (France, 2019)

20-year concession for the Lille Airport

Resonance Advisory has been mandated as a financial advisor to the consortium formed by Eiffage and Marseille-Provence Airport for the extension and operation of the Lille Airport under a 20-year concession contract. 

The consortium intends to invest EUR 90m over 4 year to support de development of the platform, of which EUR 50m for the terminal extension. Traffic in Lille is expected to grow from the current 2m PAX up to 4mPAx by the ed of the concession in 2039.

EREC (Jamaica, 2017)

50MW photovoltaic plant

Resonance Advisory has been mandated as a financial advisor to the consortium for the financing of a 50MW photovoltaic plant in Jamaica.

The mission includes: assistance in all project finance related matters; update of the financial model, financial structuring and assistance in the negotiations with multilateral lenders.

Oil terminals in Nouakchott and Nouadhibou (Mauritania, 2017)

Resonance Advisory has performed a financial feasibility study for the renovation, extension and operation of two oil terminals in Nouakchott and Nouadhibou under a concession model.

A355 motorway (France, 2015)

Toll road concession

Resonance Advisory acted as financial advisor to Eiffage for its bid for the concession of the A355 motorway, a 25km tolled bypass of Strasbourg.

The mission included :

• Development of a financial model ;

• Assistance to Eiffage insetting up a complex financial structure, notably involving the European Investment Bank

International Airport of Blaise Diagne (Senegal, 2015)

New Dakar international airport concession

Resonance Advisory has been mandated as a financial advisor to the state-owned concessionaire of the new Dakar international airport (EUR 600m).

The mission includes: assistance in all project finance related matters; update of the financial model; and training and know-how transfer.

A45 Motorway (France, 2014)

Toll-road concession

Resonance Advisory acted as financial advisor to Eiffage for its bid for the concession of the A45 motorway, a 50km toll road between Lyon and Saint-Etienne.

The mission included :

• Development of a financial model ;

• Assistance to Eiffage insetting up a complex financial structure, notably involving the European Investment Bank

IRSN: construction of new office building (France, 2013)

Puplic private partnership

Resonance Advisory has been mandated as financial advisor to a bidding consortium led by french construction company GA for the construction, financing, and maintenance of new a office building and laboratories for IRSN (the French radioprotection and nuclear safety institute).  

The financing offer was structured with the long-term support of Belgian insurance company AG Insurance for the senior debt (including "dailly" tranche).
